Don't Buy it!! October 25, 2008 W. Aliff 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This it the biggest piece of junk I've gotten from Amazon. It has not worked from the day I got it, you would think it was tested before leaving the factory, looks like it was not, I will not buy another Ryobi product ever again.

As of this writing I havent used my tiller yet. It looks nice and looks pretty good for being reconditioned. Check back next spring to see how well it does.
Little workhorse September 24, 2008 David D. Ingebretsen (MS) This is my second one, bought it as a gift. The first replaced a Yard Machine. the Ryobi starts easier, till better, works harder. Great buy for the price.
disapointed September 24, 2008 Allan A. Mills (Flagstaff, AZ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I took this thing out of box. It would bog down in light soil. I thought what a piece of junk. It didn't have any rpm or power. The throttle was blocked by a stop. I removed the stop and it works acceptably. The was a reconditioned unit unit and relatively cheap. If your mechanically inclined it is a good price for a marginally performing machine. I think this will be the last Ryobi product I buy.
EXCELLENT LITTLE TILLER September 15, 2008 T. Gunderson (Near Chicago, IL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read all the good and bad reviews on this unit and still decided to try it. It's awesome! IF YOU FOLLOW THE STARTING INSTRUCTIONS it starts the first pull. I left it outside in the elements for weeks, beat the heck out of it in the garden on tall weeds, and it still starts on the first pull. Great unit, Great buy!!!!
